We must give children the means of doing things for themselves. They should learn to care for their own needs and to think out their own ways of doing things.

About Me

    Background

As a Christian homeschool mom, foster parent, and educator, I’m passionate about equipping kids to live with purpose, integrity, and confidence. I’ve taught in public schools, run co-ops, fostered ten young children, and homeschooled my own across three states—with a fourth move on the horizon. Whether through Shakespeare, writing, or daily life skills, I love helping families create meaningful learning that sticks.

    Education

With a Master’s in Special Education and certification in Positive Discipline, I help families navigate learning and behavior challenges with clarity and compassion. From public school classrooms to homeschool co-ops—and even a Montessori mentorship with my grandmother—I’ve spent years blending structure and flexibility to support kids with diverse needs.
