From Chaos to Order: The Origin

From Classroom to Kitchen Table

If you had told me years ago that I’d one day be helping homeschool parents find order and confidence in their journey, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

But looking back, every challenge, every pivot, and every season of life has led me here.

Where It All Began

My background is rooted in education. I earned my master’s degree and teaching credential in California (2009) and worked in special education, where I developed a deep understanding of how children learn differently.

Later, fostering 10 toddlers opened my eyes to the realities of behavior challenges—and the importance of structure, patience, and adaptability. Raising my own children while navigating both fostering and homeschooling only deepened my passion for helping kids (and parents) thrive.

The Homeschool Adventure

After years of prayer, we made the decision to homeschool. I was excited and anxious.

With individualized education in my background, I was cautiously ready to take on this new challenge. Over time, I’ve experimented with countless curriculums—balancing structure with the flexibility homeschooling allows.

I’ve learned:

  • What works and what doesn’t

  • How to tailor learning to my children’s strengths

  • How to homeschool while managing real-life struggles, including mental health challenges in our home

The Birth of Chaos 2 Order

As I refined my homeschool systems, friends started reaching out.

“How do you deal with behavior challenges?”
“What curriculum do you recommend?”
“How do you actually make it all work?”

That’s when I knew: parents weren’t just looking for a list of resources—they were looking for real guidance from someone who’s been in the trenches.

Chaos 2 Order: Homeschool Solutions was born to meet that need.

It’s not just about curriculum—it’s about:

  • Building systems that bring peace

  • Finding rhythms that actually work

  • Helping parents feel confident and equipped

What’s Next?

Now, through my website, I share:

  • The curriculums I’ve used

  • The books that shaped my homeschool philosophy

  • The lessons I’ve learned from trial and error

My mission is simple: help families transition from chaos to peace—with a homeschool plan that works for them.

Homeschooling isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. And I’m here to walk that journey with you.
